The cities we service are listed in the drop down menu of the check out screen. If the city or zip code you have entered is incorrect, Party Works Rentals reserves the right to cancel the day of the event and you will be responsible for the full cost of the rental. If you don’t see your city you need to call the office at 609-694-8348.
Parks, Apartments & Public Areas
Unless prior arrangements have been made for corporate clients, we only service residential homes. We are unable to service private events that are held at parks, public areas or apartments of any kind. If you proceed to place an order at any of the excluded locations we will NOT setup and you will be responsible for the full cost of the rental.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept all major credit cards. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order and the remaining balance is due 72 hours prior to your event start time. We do not accept personal checks.
Corporate events must make the deposit by credit card through our online system but the balance can be paid by company check. The check must have the company name. We do not take personal checks of any kind.
Delivery Time and Pickup Time
We will text you the day before your event , typically around dinner time, to give you a 1 hour delivery and pickup window. An adult must be present at the time of drop off to inspect the inflatable, ensure correct placement, and go over the safety instructions.
We start our deliveries as early as 7am. Pickups can start as early as 4pm but we will never come to pick up before your selected end time. Pickups can go on late into the night with some being 11pm or later. Our latest selected pickup time is 8pm and we can not guarantee that you will be the last pickup.
You do not need to be present for pickup. We do ask that you leave the inflatable inflated so we can inspect and clean before packing it up. Also please leave all manuals on the tarp so they are easily located.
Customer Pickup
We do not offer customer pickup under any circumstances. We feel as though we can not ensure customer safety if we do not set up, anchor and inspect the equipment. There is no set-up fee and our professional installation is included in the price of the rental.
Changing the Date of an Event
If something happens and you need to change the date or location of the event please call us as soon as you can so we can make arrangements. All changes must be made at least 72 hours prior to your event start time and if changing the location may be subject to a different delivery fee.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel due to inclement weather you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your event start time. Once you cancel you will receive an email informing you that a raincheck in the amount of the payment you have already made has been added to your account and will be available for 1 year from the date of your scheduled event.
If you would prefer to move the event rather than have a rain check we would be happy to accommodate your request as long as equipment is available for that day.
